This updated service allows for a fully customized maintenance experience using the Verified Method

tailored to your loc size, pattern, and new growth to maintain the integrity, health, and overall appearance of your locs.

✨ BOOKING GUIDELINES

Verified Retightening/Retwist

• All maintenance appointments can be booked directly online
• Available on select scheduled days only
• If you are unable to find a time that works, you may text the business line for possible availability outside of scheduled days
  (Not guaranteed and based on availability)

Full Loc Extension Installs

• Brittney now accepts a limited number of full installs per month
• Full installs are NOT booked online

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response as we are servicing clients.

✨ APPOINTMENT DETAILS

• All install services are considered full-day appointments (8–12+ hours)
• Please plan accordingly
• You will receive final payment details and address prior to your appointment
• Final payment is due BEFORE services begin

✨ LATE POLICY

A 30-minute grace period is allowed.

After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

✨ RESCHEDULING / NO-SHOW POLICY

• To reschedule, please text the business line
• No Call / No Show will result in:
   
  • $50 inconvenience fee
  • Loss of deposit
  • Rebooking fee required

✨ HAIR + PRODUCT ALLERGIES

Please inform us of any known allergies prior to your appointment.

By booking, you agree to all terms and policies of Verified Hair Company.

✨ COMMITMENT TO MAINTENANCE

When booking a loc extension service, you are agreeing to maintain your hair through Verified Hair Company’s maintenance system.

We do not offer refunds.

If you choose not to return for maintenance, we are not responsible for the condition of your locs.

✨ AFTERCARE

• Avoid adding tension or pulling on your locs
• You may lightly shampoo 2 weeks after install
• Maintenance services include cleansing

Recommended Products:

• Botanical Wash for light cleansing + moisture
• Dermis Elixir for hydration and scalp support
• Velvet Polish for sealing in moisture and enhancing softness

If any slippage occurs, it will be corrected at your next maintenance appointment.
